LEGACY OF 50 YEARS

Neharu Smaraka Vidya Kendra was founded in 1996 by the visionary Mr. G.S.D. Sharma. He performed as the founding secretary from 1966 till 2002. His vision for NSVK's future consisted of a diverse and wholesome learning experience that progressed our institutions name and fame.

After Mr. G.S.D. Sharma, Mr. U.V. Srinivas Murthy took over the reigns of the institutions. From 2002 till 2009, bringing with him even more revolutionary reforms and managerial finesse.

Rtn. Dr. D. Muniraju took up the reigns as chairman from 2009. Under his exemplary guidance the institution has flourished in leaps and bounds. Now, he has grown into a more diverse outfit with a whole new expansion plan in the works. Rtn. Dr. D. Muniraju has laid the the foundation for our our new vision as the BANGALORE INTERNATIONAL GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS.

Under this new direction, Rtn. Dr. D. Muniraju plans to propagate our vision of the perfect education. Making sure that the ideals and purpose ingrained in this fine institution will enable us to reach newer heights and achieve even greater frats.

My daughter’s name is Riyaa Sai R and she is studying in LKG ‘E’ Section. The schools environment here the staff, amenities, play area, class rooms and wash rooms are all very well maintained and also has lots of scope for other curricular activities like swimming, music, yoga, library and other activities. The class rooms are well ventilated for fresh air and sunlight. I am happy as the teachers here are very polite and understandable and there is a constant interaction between the parents and class teachers on the child’s progress and growth. As my child is quiet shy in nature, this interaction helped understand my child better. The school conducts theme based activities and competitions on monthly basis. They have field trips which help the children to expose to real outer world other than school. The children here also receive gifts from their teachers every month and they feel happy on receiving the same.To conclude, there are many good and positive things in BANGALORE INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY which makes me suggest this school to other parents.

Its an honour for me to share a few of my experiences about BIGI. The team of BIGI has always done an excellent and innovative job in educating each and every child. Well-organized and well- planned classes have helped the child to share new ideas and learn new things. I am very grateful for the child’s overall learning environment and for the language, pronunciation, speech, sound tots and also staffs focus on child’s behavior. The teachers here patiently listen to each and every child and fulfill their needs and make him/her to adapt themselves to the environment. Parent-Teacher’s meet is yet another important aspect to know how the child is progressing to meet the next level of achievements. The Principal Mrs. Nalini Narayan is very approachable and is a part of every event in the school. This tells me that she is greatly involved in the child’s success and is passionate about her job.
Apart from academics, the school encourages the child to participate in multiple different activities which can increase brain function, concentration and time management. Theme based activities, art and craft works, field trips are few of them which the children enjoy. Swimming is one of the best part of curriculam I strongly recommend . Here in BIGI, extracurricular activities are an integral part of the schools offerings. Solid academics, a variety of athletic programs, music, dance, meditation and what not. All these activities helps child to grow, build his/her confidence, teach tolerance and encourage teamwork. Thanking BIGI for all the facilities provided and efforts put in for the growth of my child, it has been a blessing.

Every month various competitions are held which makes the children more bold and confident. The field trips which are organized quarterly gives awareness to the children about temples, parks, fruits and vegetable markets, etc. Every child here is given an opportunity to be part of the celebrations like school Annual day, Prize day or Sports day.
