Academic Progress

Curriculum is the Prime Objective of the school. The medium of instruction is English. The general course of studies from class I to X adheres to the syllabi and instructional material formulated by the CBSE and National Council for Educational Research and Training (NCERT). Having an exemplary performance in the CBSE results in secondary and senior secondary levels, the school has stepped into yet another milestone of academic year to bring more laurels in learning and co-curricular areas. Admissions are now open in all classes. In order to offer high quality education, the school has appointed highly experienced and qualified teachers, improved the existing facilities of the science laboratories,


computer Labs, library stacking with an enormous books and enhanced other functional areas, providing the best of international education at BIA. In classroom a lot of interaction takes place through discussions, seminars, presentations, mini research and project works.


Class Strength & Teacher - student ratio: A Unique Feature

Class Strength & Teacher - student ratio is the unique feature of BIA that makes the institution very distinct and special. Hence parents prefer their wards to study in BIA. Every class has the strength of 18 to 20 students per a teacher to increase the attention level from teacher side and enhance the concentration level from student side.

The Academic Year consists of three terms

Term I     : Last week of May to first week of October.

Term II    : Mid October to third week of December.

Term III   : First week of January till mid- March.

Classes I to IV work from Monday to Friday. Classes VI to XII work from Monday to Saturday.

Examination & Assessment


IX and X: Students of Std IX and X are prepared for the All India Secondary School Examination (AISSE) of the CBSE Board, following the CCE pattern as mentioned below which facilitates their entry into any higher secondary course.

XI and XII: Students of XI and XII are prepared for the All India Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (AISSCE) of the CBSE Board following the required Unit Tests and terminal examinations from time to time.
